Thanks for a luxurious stay - can't wait to come back. The hotel was exceptional, the room was new-fashioned and I loved top-class staff. The restaurant was wonderful on the ground floor of the complex, I tried delicious dishes. The beds were extra large and I had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities.

The staff was wonderfully helpful, the hotel was spotless and placed in a central part of the city adjacent to Greenmarket Square and the City Sightseeing tour office. Super central location and nicely furnished room.

Food was outstanding, efficient staff, bed was comfy. Room was a nice size, had absolutely breathtaking views. Generally everything was fantastic, nevertheless the bathroom was dirty. Set close to restaurants and bars, it was a plus.

Location was ideal and the bfast staff was accommodating! They made my stay truly memorable. I had luxury queen room with a separate bathroom. Loved dining at Fork Restaurant, set within 5 minutes' walk.
